Your data, plainly explained

Teeras builds Afterhours (coding-agent balance) and the Teeras iOS app (sleep and recovery). This page says what we collect, what never leaves your phone, what we store, and how to see, export, or delete any of it.

Short version

Health readings — sleep, HRV, resting heart rate — are read from Apple Health and processed on your iPhone only. They are never uploaded, never sold, and never used for advertising. Our cloud stores content-free agent-activity aggregates (timestamps, durations, counts) tied to your account, and the Together plans and responses you deliberately share. Export and deletion controls are available.

What we collect

Account. The email you sign in with, and your name or profile photo if you sign in with Google.
Coding-agent activity (Afterhours). If you run the Afterhours CLI, we collect content-free aggregates about your coding-agent sessions — timestamps, durations, event and session counts, token counters, and which agent you used (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor). We never collect prompt text, source code, model output, repository names, or file paths — the local collector strips those before anything leaves your machine.
Health signals (iOS app). If you grant Apple Health access, the Teeras iOS app reads your sleep (onset, duration, efficiency), overnight heart-rate variability, and resting heart rate. Granting access is optional and never required for a paid feature.
What you tell us directly. Daily check-in answers (lighter, the same, or heavier), and, if you use the legacy Needfind discovery tools, the product details, win stories, and outreach notes you write.

What stays on your iPhone

Processed on-device, full stop. Every health reading — sleep, HRV, resting heart rate — is processed entirely on your iPhone. It is never uploaded to our servers, never sold, and never used for advertising or third-party data mining.
Never in iCloud. The local health database is excluded from iCloud and device backup, and encrypted at rest.
Insights computed locally. The patterns you see about your own sleep and recovery are computed on the phone, not in the cloud.
No trackers in the app. The Teeras iOS app ships with no analytics or tracking SDKs. We don't watch how you use it.

What we store

In our cloud database, tied to your account, we keep: your email and name, content-free agent-activity aggregates (timestamps, durations, counts) so your dashboard and history work across sessions and devices, and the daily check-in answers you choose to give.

If you use billing, Stripe holds your card details directly — we only mirror your subscription status, and card numbers never touch our servers. If you use the outreach note-taking features, the contact details you type are sent to Anthropic to help draft a message; we never ask for that person's email address, and we never contact anyone on your behalf.

Together invitations

Creating a group or plan stores its name, organizer name, activity, time, place and optional booking link in our cloud. Your share sheet sends a link to the people you choose. Anyone with that link can view the invitation; forwarding it gives someone else access. The organizer can replace links, remove members, or delete a group and its plans.

Guests choose a display name. An essential browser cookie lets the same browser change or remove its response without an account. We store a one-way identifier derived from that cookie, group membership and plan responses. Names are visible to the organizer. Leaving a group removes that guest's membership and responses to its plans. If you lose your cookie, contact the organizer to remove your response. A guest's name is stored under the organizer's account: it appears only in the organizer's own data export, and it is deleted the moment the organizer removes that guest, deletes the plan or group, or deletes their account.

A yes to an invitation is not evidence that a meeting happened. Confirmed people time and private evening or weekly notes stay in the iPhone's local ledger; they are never included in an invitation or uploaded. Corrections append a new record; the original remains in your private export until you erase local history. Deleting local phone history does not delete shared invitations from the cloud. Remove those in Together, or delete your account on the web.

What we never do

Never sell or advertise against your health data. Sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate never leave your iPhone.
Never read your prompts, code, or AI output. The Afterhours collector discards these fields locally before anything syncs.
Never employee monitoring. No ranking you against coworkers, no handing usage data to an employer.
No ads, no trackers, no data brokers. Nothing on any Teeras product is built to be sold or traded.

Your controls

Export anytime. In-app on iOS, or from your dashboard on the web.
Delete anytime. Deleting your history or your account is immediate and removes everything linked to it — sessions, agent-activity history, products, contacts.
Revoke Health access anytime. Turn it off in iOS Settings whenever you want; the app keeps working in a reduced mode without it, and no paid feature depends on granting it.
Revoke a device. From the web dashboard, or automatically — Afterhours device tokens expire after 90 days on their own.
