What is Teeras?

Teeras is a peace-of-mind app for people who work with AI and coding agents. It puts your agent hours, your sleep and recovery, your finish-by time, and your evenings with people on one graph, on your Mac, your iPhone, and the web. Free to use.

What is a finish-by time?

A finish-by time is the time you choose to be done for the day — your agents may keep running past it, but your evening starts there either way. Teeras shows it beside your agent hours, so you can see when agent activity continues past that time.

What is the check-in?

The check-in is about thirty seconds, once a day: last night, your agents, and your finish-by time, side by side. It never asks how you feel — only what happened.

What does "time back" mean and why is it an estimate?

Time back is the part of your agent's runtime long enough that you could actually step away from it. It comes from timestamps, not a sensor on you, so Teeras always labels it an estimate — never a promise of what you did with it.

What is Together and what does a friend see?

Together lets you make a plan — a walk, a coffee, a class — and invite someone to join. A friend who opens the invite sees the plan itself: what, where, when, and who else is in. They never see your sleep, your agents, or anything else on your Mac.

What never leaves your Mac or your phone?

Your prompts, your code, your model output, and your repository names and paths never leave your machine — not stored, not logged, not uploaded. What Teeras syncs is smaller: when a run started and ended, which agent it was, and how often you checked in.

Does Teeras claim AI affects your sleep?

No. Teeras shows whether the nights you worked with agents past your finish-by time are the nights you fell asleep later — compared only with your own median, across your own nights. That's an association, never a cause.

How much does it cost?

Free. No account for your first night. Timestamps only, never content.
